Tape and training tested to lift dropped feet
NCT ID NCT07191301
Summary
This study looked at ways to help adults with foot drop caused by peroneal nerve damage. Researchers tested if adding a specific movement coordination technique (PNF) to a program of strength training and special elastic tape (kinesio tape) worked better than just the training and tape alone. The goal was to see which approach better improved leg strength, walking, and balance for the 48 participants.
