Finding the best fit: study tests High-Tech braces for lingering foot injuries

NCT ID NCT06352788

Summary

This study aims to find the best way to set up custom carbon fiber foot braces to help people who still have problems like weakness or pain more than two years after a serious leg or foot injury. Researchers will fit 35 adult participants with a brace and test how different adjustments affect their walking, balance, pain, and overall comfort. The goal is to gather evidence to help doctors and therapists provide better brace fittings for improved recovery.
