Summary
This study looks at whether doing foot and ankle exercises at home can help people with diabetic nerve pain feel better. Researchers will measure pain, sleep quality, and depression in 70 adults who have had diabetic neuropathy for at least 6 months. Participants will exercise twice a day, three days a week, for eight weeks. The goal is to see if this simple, drug-free approach can improve common problems linked to diabetic neuropathy.
