Summary
This study looked at how changing the variety of foods people eat affects their food cravings, calorie intake, and weight loss in the year after bariatric surgery. Researchers followed 90 adults aged 18 to 65 who had surgery 3 to 6 months earlier. The goal was to understand diet patterns that could improve long-term weight loss success.
