Summary
This study is testing whether providing home-delivered healthy food kits and virtual cooking classes helps adults with high blood pressure and food insecurity better manage their health. Researchers will compare this program against standard care to see which approach more effectively lowers blood pressure and improves nutrition. The goal is to help people develop lasting skills for managing their condition through better food access and preparation.
