First seen Nov 18, 2025 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a special cyclosporin eye drop (Vevizye) can reduce dryness and eye redness in people with moderate to severe dry eye disease. The 25 participants had not gotten enough relief from artificial tears alone. Researchers will measure dryness scores and redness at 12 weeks to see if the drops help calm inflammation on the eye's surface.
