Summary
This study looks at whether a special type of strength training using flywheel machines can reduce physical fatigue and improve basketball skills in teenage boys. Thirty-six healthy male players aged 10 to 18 will be split into two groups: one does flywheel exercises, the other uses dumbbells. Both groups train three times a week for eight weeks, and researchers will measure fatigue, muscle oxygen, and shooting, passing, and dribbling before and after.
