New hope for advanced breast cancer: fluzoparib maintenance after platinum success

Summary

This study tests a drug called fluzoparib as a maintenance treatment for people with advanced triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) whose disease was controlled by platinum-based chemotherapy. The goal is to see if fluzoparib can delay cancer growth. The study includes patients with or without BRCA gene mutations. About 72 participants will take fluzoparib pills daily until their cancer worsens or side effects become too severe.
