This study looked at whether giving precise amounts of fluid during coronary artery bypass surgery can prevent or reduce memory and thinking problems that often occur after the operation. Researchers monitored 60 patients using special devices to guide fluid delivery. The goal was to see if this approach lowers inflammation and improves blood flow to the brain.
