Summary
This study tested a new quadrivalent recombinant influenza vaccine (RIV4) against a standard quadrivalent inactivated flu vaccine (IIV4) in 301 healthy adults aged 18 and older in South Korea. The goal was to see how well the new vaccine triggers the immune system and to check its safety. Results showed the new vaccine produced a strong immune response and had a similar safety profile to the standard shot.
