First seen Mar 05, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study tests a new drug called Flonoltinib maleate in about 64 people with intermediate- or high-risk myelofibrosis, a rare bone marrow cancer. Participants must have tried and failed or not tolerated standard JAK inhibitor treatments. The main goal is to see if the drug can shrink the spleen by at least 35%, which is a key sign of disease control.
