New eye test could skip dilation drops

Summary
This study tested a device that measures the eye's electrical response to light, which can help diagnose eye diseases. Normally, this test requires eye drops to widen the pupil, but this device may work without them. 18 healthy adults participated to see if the device works as well without dilation. The goal is to make eye exams faster and more comfortable.
