Summary
This study compares two surgical techniques for flexible flatfoot in adolescents aged 10-17 who haven't improved with non-surgical care. One method uses a locking wedge plate, the other a synthetic PEEK cage. Researchers will measure recovery time, complications, and foot function to see which approach is better.
