Summary

This study looks at two methods of giving heated chemotherapy directly into the abdomen during surgery for advanced gastrointestinal cancers that have spread to the lining of the belly. About 100 people will be randomly assigned to receive either a standard flat dose or a dose based on their body weight. The goal is to see if weight-based dosing reduces side effects while still being effective.
