Flat feet fix? new study tests insoles on X-Ray angles

NCT ID NCT07389343

First seen Feb 05, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a semirigid foot insole can change the angles of foot bones in people with flexible flat feet who have no pain. Researchers will take X-rays of 30 adults aged 18-35 while standing barefoot and then while standing on the insole. The goal is to measure any immediate changes in foot structure, not to treat or cure the condition.
