Summary
This study tested whether wearing a Fitbit activity tracker can help adults with cystic fibrosis exercise more regularly and improve their exercise tolerance over one year. Forty participants were enrolled and followed for 12 months. The goal was to see if a simple wearable device could encourage more physical activity and lead to better health outcomes.
