Summary

This study tests whether vitamin D extracted from fish waste is as effective as synthetic vitamin D at raising blood levels in healthy adults with mild deficiency. 48 participants will take either the fish-derived or synthetic supplement daily for 3 months. The goal is to see if the natural, sustainable source can be a good alternative.
