New combo targets hard-to-treat lung cancer with precision

Summary
This study tests whether a drug called firmonertinib, taken as a pill, combined with targeted radiation can help people with a certain type of stage III lung cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The cancer must have a specific gene change (EGFR uncommon mutation). About 15 adults aged 18-75 will take part. The main goal is to see how long the cancer stays under control.
