Summary

This early-stage study tests two drugs (finotonlimab and stapokibart) together in 10 adults with recurrent or metastatic head and neck squamous cell carcinoma that worsened after standard treatment. The main goals are to see if the combination is safe and whether it can shrink tumors. Participants must have had prior treatment with a PD-1 inhibitor and platinum chemotherapy.
