Summary
This study aims to see if adding finger extensor training to traditional flexor training improves climbing performance and reduces injury risk. Researchers will compare two groups of recreational to advanced climbers over 6 weeks, measuring strength, endurance, and hand function. The goal is to understand if balancing finger muscle training leads to better climbing outcomes.
