Summary
This study looks at real-world data from 50,000 people in Asia and the US who have both chronic kidney disease and type 2 diabetes and are taking the drug finerenone as part of their regular care. Researchers will collect information on patients' age, other health conditions, and medications to see how finerenone is being used and how it affects kidney and heart health. No extra visits or tests are required—only existing medical records are analyzed.
