This study tests whether offering a small $25 financial incentive helps recruit a more diverse group of older adults into the Alzheimer's Prevention Trial (APT) Webstudy, a registry that connects people with future clinical trials. Researchers will compare the $25 offer to a non-monetary gift (like a reusable bag) at community events. The goal is to see which approach brings in more participants, especially from groups historically left out of Alzheimer's research.
