First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study tests a new device called the FiberLocker® System, which includes a special patch, to see if it helps heal torn rotator cuffs after surgery. About 60 adults aged 30 to 70 with a full-thickness tear will be enrolled. Researchers will use MRI scans at least 6 months after surgery to check if the tendon has healed properly.
