First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study looked at whether taking the allergy drug fexofenadine (180 mg) for two days before ragweed season starts can prevent or reduce symptoms like runny nose, sneezing, and itchy eyes. 95 adults with ragweed allergies participated. The goal was to see if early treatment helps control symptoms better than waiting until symptoms appear.
