Summary
This study tested a 14-week fun exercise program called FEXO for frail adults aged 75+ living in nursing homes. The program combines aerobic, strength, balance, and flexibility exercises in a playful way. Researchers measured improvements in thinking, walking, nutrition, mood, and frailty. The goal was to see if a recreational approach could help older adults stay stronger and more independent.
