Summary
This study aims to better understand how blood flows in the placenta during pregnancies affected by fetal growth restriction. Researchers will use a special contrast dye during ultrasound to separately view blood flow on the mother's and baby's sides of the placenta. The study involves 30 women who have already decided to end their pregnancy for medical reasons. The goal is to gather knowledge that could lead to better diagnosis and treatment of pregnancy complications like preeclampsia and growth restriction.
