Summary

This study looks at two different ways to use electrical stimulation to exercise the legs of people with spinal cord injury. One group does short bursts of high-intensity exercise, while the other does longer, easier exercise. The goal is to see which method improves fitness and leg strength more. 20 participants with recent spinal cord injuries will take part.
