Summary

This early-stage study tests whether combining electrical stimulation cycling with blood flow restriction cuffs is safe and doable for adults with spinal cord injury. Six participants will exercise for 20 minutes, eight times over six weeks. The goal is to see if this approach can be used long-term to lower the risk of heart disease, diabetes, and stroke.
