First seen Apr 16, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study compares two common fertility drugs—gonadotropin and clomiphene citrate—in men with low sperm quality. About 500 men will receive one of the drugs, and researchers will measure changes in sperm count, movement, shape, and DNA health. The goal is to find which treatment works best to improve sperm and help couples succeed with assisted reproduction like IVF.
