Summary
This study looked at two different ways to feed very small preterm infants (under 1750 grams) through a tube. The goal was to see which method caused fewer feeding problems like bloating or vomiting. 100 infants took part, and researchers measured how often feeding intolerance happened and how quickly babies could reach full feeds.
