Stool test could shorten h. pylori treatment to just 7 days

Summary
This study tests whether a 7-day personalized treatment for H. pylori works as well as a 14-day one. About 290 adults who have failed prior treatment will provide a stool sample to guide drug choice. The goal is to see if the shorter course is just as effective, safer, and more cost-effective.
