First seen Mar 07, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study tests two new Siemens imaging prototypes during minimally invasive surgery to remove brain bleeds. Researchers will collect CT scans before, during, and after the procedure to see if the tools help doctors better detect remaining bleeding and blood flow changes. The goal is to see if these prototypes are useful and could improve patient care. The study involves 15 adults scheduled for this surgery at Mount Sinai West Hospital.
