Can fear of Re-Injury slow your wrist fracture recovery?
NCT ID NCT07291505
Summary
This study aims to understand if a patient's fear of moving their injured wrist (kinesiophobia) can predict how well they recover. Researchers will enroll 34 adults who broke their wrist near the hand and were treated without surgery. They will measure patients' fear levels, wrist movement, strength, and pain to see how these factors relate to final recovery.
