Summary
This study tests a new drug called FDA018-ADC against standard chemotherapy in 350 people with advanced triple-negative breast cancer that came back after taxane treatment. The goal is to see if the new drug can delay cancer growth and improve survival. Participants are randomly assigned to receive either the new drug or one of several standard chemotherapies chosen by their doctor.
