Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called FB102 in 100 adults with well-controlled celiac disease who follow a strict gluten-free diet. Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo and then undergo a controlled gluten challenge to see if FB102 can reduce intestinal damage and symptoms. The goal is to find a treatment that helps manage the disease, not cure it.
