Summary
This study tests whether a smartphone-based system can help people with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease lose weight and reduce liver fat. 120 adults will either receive standard lifestyle advice or use the digital tool for remote diet and exercise coaching. The goal is to see if digital support improves weight loss and liver health better than traditional methods.
