New study: exercise and talk therapy may ease fatigue in MG patients

Summary

This study tests whether aerobic exercise or cognitive behavioral therapy can reduce severe fatigue in people with myasthenia gravis, a muscle weakness condition. About 60 adults with stable MG will be randomly assigned to one of these treatments or usual care. The goal is to see if these approaches improve energy levels and quality of life.
