Summary
This study is testing a faster version of a non-invasive brain stimulation treatment called TMS for adults with major depression. Instead of daily treatments for six weeks, the new approach delivers three short sessions in a single day. Researchers want to see if this accelerated method is safe and works as well as the standard treatment for people who haven't gotten better with medication.
