Summary

This study tests the drug faricimab (Vabysmo) in 64 adults with wet age-related macular degeneration, a leading cause of vision loss. Participants receive eye injections every 4 weeks for 4 doses, then the schedule is adjusted based on how the eye responds. The goal is to see if the drug controls the disease and to measure certain eye fluid markers that may predict treatment success.
