Summary
This study tests a culturally tailored, family-based program to help manage type 2 diabetes in Ojibwe communities. Adult caregivers with diabetes and their youth (ages 10-16) participate together, learning healthy habits at home with support from local Family Health Coaches. The goal is to improve blood sugar control and overall well-being for both adults and youth.
