NCT ID NCT05846776

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 33 times

Summary

This study tested a new app called DigiPrehab that helps spot older adults at risk of falling and creates a custom exercise plan they can do at home. 43 seniors took part in the 12-week pilot to see if the app was easy to use. The goal was to learn how well the technology works, not to directly prevent falls.
