NCT ID NCT07285876

First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study looked at whether adding gentle movements (mobilizations) to the lower back and pelvis could improve pain, balance, and hip function in people with femoroacetabular impingement syndrome (FAIS). Twenty adults with FAIS received either standard physical therapy or standard therapy plus these extra mobilizations. The goal was to see if treating nearby joints helps reduce hip pain and improve daily activities.
