Summary
This study looks at whether a 12-week online facial yoga program can help menopausal women aged 45-65 feel less stressed, think more clearly, and lower their cortisol levels. Half of the 100 participants will do facial yoga twice a week, while the other half continues usual care. The goal is to see if this simple, non-drug approach can improve mental and physical well-being during menopause.
