This study looked at 144 people who had facial skin surgery for benign growths like moles or cysts. Participants were randomly assigned to have their wound dressing removed after 6 hours or kept covered until stitches were removed. The goal was to see which method leads to better healing and less scarring. Results will help doctors choose the best post-surgery care.
