Summary
This study looked at whether washing fat with saline before injecting it into the face improves skin appearance more than using unwashed fat. Twenty-six healthy women aged 35 to 70 received fat from their own body into both sides of their face. Researchers measured changes in wrinkles, skin tone, and patient satisfaction over 12 months.
