New eye scan technology could revolutionize how doctors track vision disease

NCT ID NCT07347119

Summary

This study aims to develop better ways to measure and understand central serous chorioretinopathy (CSC), an eye condition that can cause vision problems. Researchers will use a special type of eye scan called ultra-widefield OCTA on 120 participants, including both CSC patients and healthy volunteers. The goal is to create detailed measurements of blood vessels in the eye that could help doctors track the disease and treatment response more accurately over time.
