New eye drops promise redness relief in minutes

Summary
This study tests a new eye drop (FID 123472) to see if it safely reduces eye redness from minor irritations in adults. About 178 participants will receive either the active drop or a placebo. The main goal is to measure redness reduction 15 minutes and 10 hours after use.
