Summary
This study aims to find out which of two common eye injections works better for people with diabetic macular swelling, a condition that can cause vision loss. Researchers will compare aflibercept and bevacizumab by measuring changes in patients' vision and eye thickness over three months of monthly injections. They will also track side effects and analyze which treatment is more cost-effective.
