Eye implant could replace frequent injections for blinding condition

Summary
This study is testing a small, refillable implant placed in the eye to deliver medication for wet age-related macular degeneration (AMD), a leading cause of vision loss. The goal is to see if refilling the implant every 36 weeks is safe and effective at maintaining vision, potentially reducing the need for frequent eye injections. The study will also ask participants about their experience and preference compared to standard treatment.
