New eye drop could soothe severe allergy eye pain

Summary
This study tests an eye drop called DFL24498 in adults with atopic keratoconjunctivitis (AKC), a severe allergic eye condition causing itching and damage. About 138 participants will receive either the active drop or a placebo (vehicle) for 6 weeks. The main goal is to see if the drop reduces eye itching and corneal damage better than placebo.
